editing packages
**shooting on film can be temperamental, and a good shot is always in the margins. Paddy doesn’t (can’t) hit his focus on every frame,
so some shots come back soft and unusable. If the whole roll (session) comes back and you’re not satisfied, we’ll shoot again at no charge to you.
No refunds.

Film Stock Options
35mm Color (New): $100/roll
Modern (new) color 35mm film is user friendly, crisp, and usually offers all of the qualities of a modern, digital camera but adds that yummy, vintage, cinematic bloom that you can only get in camera shooting on film. If you’re on the fence about getting film headshots, and you’re worried about how it will stand up in the deck with other actor’s submissions, this is the option for you.
35mm Color (Expired): $100/roll
Vintage film is a bit more of a gamble, as expired film can sometimes be very granualer (depending on how it was stored). The results are often bloomy and bright, with rich, soft tones, warm textures and stunning bokeh, as seen above. It’s impossible to know how much grain will come bac from these expired rolls. A matter of taste, and a stroke of luck.
**if there’s an issue with the film itself, if the roll comes back corrupt, you’ll be invited back for another session with new, color 35mm at no cost to you.
35mm B&W (New): $125/roll
New B&W film is crispy, with stark contrast and harsh, dramatic shadows. The roll is more expensive, and it costs more to develop, but the results are stunning when lit properly. All that delicious film bloom couples with natural light to draw focus where you want it. Paddy shoots exclusively with Ilford Delta 100 and Ilford Delta 400 for these rolls.
35mm B&W (Expired): $125/roll
Expired B&W can be a bit more forgiving than its expired color cousins, and that’s because the photos are generally easier to navigate and ‘save’ in the edit. Vintage B&W 35mm can be easier to find, but it’s more difficult to develop. Creamy bokeh from an old roll of B&W is impossible to replicate out of camera, and these are - generally speaking - my favorite rolls of film to look at.
**if there’s an issue with the film itself, if the roll comes back corrupt, you’ll be invited back for another session with new, B&W 35mm at no cost to you.
